At Dark Swan we're on a Mission to change the lives of 10,000 people over 3 years. We want to do this through our challenger-based learning and coaching programmes, starting with our on-demand low cost courses here in our school. It's a biggie, but we like a challenge!

We've both spent over 30 years working with high-performing teams and leaders. We want to share this knowledge with you, to help you thrive no matter what life throws at you.
Elite Sport
We've worked with some of the UK's top sports teams: England Rugby, UK Sport, British Swimming, British Triathlon, the British Paralympic Association, GB Taekwondo and British Curling amongst others.
Business
We've worked with a variety of large-scale businesses, major infrastructure projects and small to medium enterprises in the UK, delivering cultural, resilience and leadership programmes to 1000s of people.
Military + Fire
Al served for 30 years in the British Army and Dan served as an operational District Commander in the Fire Service. We blend our knowledge and lessons from our time in both these services into all our courses.
Disaster Response
Dan is the Operations Director for the humanitarian response charity, Serve On. Deploying on many missions around the world he has experienced first-hand the factors that inspire, empower and give people hope.
Challenge based
There's a view that if you're not outside your comfort zone, you're not learning. We agree! This is central to all of our immersive events, coaching and on-demand courses. We'll challenge you to realise what you can achieve.
Social Enterprise
For every immersive experience, workshop and online course we sell, 5% of profit funds UK resilience projects and help fund people from disadvantaged backgrounds to come and experience our courses.
